Here's a few of our favorites:



Chocolate Chunk Cookie Recipe


1/4 cup coconut flour

3/4 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1 tbsp coconut sugar

2 packets stevia extract

 1/2 tsp organic psyllium husk powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp pink sea salt

 2 tbsp almond butter

 1/4 bottle Plain Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt

 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor/extract

1-2 tsp water, as needed

4 squares dark chocolate



Mix together dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix together until a dough forms.

Roughly chop chocolate chunks and fold into dough, reserving some to decorate the top of the cookies.

Roll into 4 dough balls, flatten, top with extra chocolate.

Bake at 350˚F for 6-7 minutes!


Vanilla Kiwi Smoothie Bowl


1 cup frozen kale

1 bottle Vanilla Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt

1 frozen kiwi + 1 fresh kiwi

1/4 frozen mango

1 tbsp matcha green tea powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ scoop protein powder of choice (we recommend vanilla or birthday cake)



Blend all ingredients together  in a high-powered blender.

Finish off with toppings of your choice - we used sliced kiwi, chia seeds, and sliced almonds!


Creamy Leek + Cucumber Summer Gazpacho


1 bunch of leeks

1 Plain Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt

3 -5 local Persian cucumbers chopped

1/2 vidalia onion diced

1 cup frozen spinach

2 tbsp avocado oil



Thinly slice leeks (discard the tips of each stalks)

Dice up the cucumbers and onion

Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a medium-large sauce pan

Pour in the sliced leeks and onion and saute until softened, then add in the diced cucumbers, frozen spinach, pink salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Stir the mixture until mostly cooked down

Place half of the mixture in a blender and add in 1 whole Plain Pillars

Pulse the blender until all of the ingredients have been incorporated, then add in the other half of the mixture, red pepper flakes and repeat the blending process

To serve, pour into bowls, top with a drizzle of Pillars, fresh leek pieces, and a sliced avocado


Strawberry ‘Fro-Yo’ Protein Smoothie


Handful of frozen strawberries

3/4 of 1 Vanilla or Mixed Berry Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt

1 scoop protein powder of choice (we recommend vanilla or birthday cake)

2 tbsp cacao nibs

1 scoop beet powder

Splash of pomegranate juice

2 ice cubes



Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender for 3-6 mins until fluffy

Tip: Pour fluffed smoothie into a cup and freeze for 15-20 mins for froyo consistency

Directions for the chocolate sauce:

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp chia seeds

Melt coconut oil, mix in other ingredients, chill in fridge, while still liquid drizzle over smoothie and freeze for 2 minutes
